Town Meeting Minutes – Monday, May 6, 2002

The special meeting was held this date, May 6, 2002, 6:46 p.m. at the Brusly Town Hall.

Council Member Perrault led the Pledge of Allegiance.

A roll call by Town Clerk Jules Lefeaux determined those present:

Absent:
Council Member:
Joanne Bourgeois

Police Chief Emmett Worley led the discussion for a replacement patrolman. Chief Worley made the recommendation to hire Sean M. Donohue, effective May 17, 2002. After some discussion, a motion was made by Council Member Andre’ to accept the recommendation and hire Sean M. Donohue to the position of patrolman effective May 17, 2002, seconded by Council Member Perrault. The motion carried unanimously.

A motion was made by Council Member Babin to adjourn, seconded by Council Member Perrault. The motion carried unanimously.

The meeting adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
