Planning & Zoning Meeting Minutes

MINUTES OF THE BRUSLY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION MEETING
JUNE 22, 2016

The regular meeting of the Brusly Planning & Zoning Commission was held this date, June 22, 2016, at the Brusly Town Hall. Chair Person Perrault called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM.
Commissioner Perkins led the Pledge of Allegiance. A roll call determined the following officials present:
Chair Person:                 Ronda Perrault
Commissioners:            Steve Guidry, Kim LeMoine, Steve Perkins, Claudette Purnell
Absent:                           Gary Soniat, Jeff Travasos

A motion to approve the minutes of May 25, 2016 regular meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission, as written, was made by Commissioner Purnell and seconded by Commissioner Perkins. The minutes were approved unanimously.

A motion to approve the minutes of June 6, 2016 special meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission, as written, was made by Commissioner LeMoine; seconded by Commissioner Guidry. The minutes were approved unanimously.

Any Other Business:
Recording Secretary Patricia Thibodaux displayed a projection of the new zoning map to the Commission which included the previously approved zoning changes. She further commented that the process for adoption of the map would begin in July.

Announcements: None

A motion was made by Commissioner LeMoine to adjourn; seconded by Commissioner Perkins. The motion passed with a unanimous vote. The meeting adjourned at 6:36 PM
